Well, I got up very excited today. Off to the Theatre to see Paul Nicholas in 42nd Street. Leisurely lunch then in for the afternoon performance and really looking forward to it. I love Paul Nicholas, Loved him in Just Good Friends and even on Only Fools on Horses program last year.
Got there, he'd been substituted with an unknown who I didn't recognise and not half as phew! as Paul. Show was good but Paula very disappointented. Tickets were booked in April. Not on really!
Then we left and got stuck nose to bumper in traffic out of Sheffield due a WW2 unexploded bomb being found on the main dual carriageway into town. Took 2 hours to leave.
Not the best of days!
York Spotties sale tomorrow. Let's see if I can pip today!!!!
