An Old English Sheepdog
A jolly old chap.
Don't be surprised
If mine sits on your lap.
They seldom meet strangers
Of this I'm aware,
Cause licking and loving's
Their natural flair.
A large black nose
So nicely arranged
Bouncing and jumping's
Their favorite game.
An agile creature
With tons of hair
With a rolling gate
And a rear like a bear.
"Shaggy expressions"
People proclaim.
With yards of curls
You'll never arrange.
If I had the space
You know I declare!
I'd have wall to wall Sheepdogs...
All running in pairs.
A more loving creature
I've never found
Than the Old English Sheepdog
A big shaggy clown.
