Posted - 10/01/2008 : 08:32:42 I just had to tell you about the dog I've just seen crossing the road in front of my car today! Well, I use the word 'dog' fairly loosely as I'm not really sure what kind of cross it was.... ... and I so wished I'd got my camera at the time!
It was brindle... very wirey and it's body must have been 4ft long (and I'm not exaggerating) It had a wire terrier type head and a long wirey waggy tail and 6 inch long stumpy legs. Definitely one from 'Deliverence'
What a sight to behold and you would all have gasped if I had managed that elusive photo... maybe I'll go on the prowl with my camera tomorrow and try to get the beast of Thorne moors
Anyone else? clocked a strange looking mut?
