Hi everyone,

I am very new to this site and have a question for all of you, any comments would be appreciated.

My husband and I live in Kent and we really love the Old English Sheepdogs. We live in a village called Teynham and we are really close to the countryside, we have been toying with the idea of getting a dog for a long time and would love to own a OESD.

The only problem is that we both work full time and are out of the house from 8 am to 4.15 pm which we know is a problem to leave a dog for that long on their own. If we do go ahead and get a OESD we will get an out building put up with a run or a dog flap straight into the garden so they can get out into the garden or just rest all day.

Your feedback would be really appreciated and will help us make the decision to get one or not.

We would not be getting a puppy and would seek an older rescue OESD.

Awaiting comments ...

Francine xx
