Posted - 20/07/2006 : 16:20:33 An appiano is a horse that displays both patching gene and spots. The Spotted Horse and Pony Society have their own section/register for such animals if you haven't got a passport for him or if you would like it overstamping at any time.

Posted - 20/07/2006 : 11:52:49 hi and thanks! Yes I love him to bits and he is my best friend - he has a super nature and I am proud of him because I have been briging him on myself! He is only 7 bless him! I don't know how he is bred but I know he was bred in Ireland and is quite cobby so I think he has Irish Draught in him somewhere and connemara and definetly appaloosa! What is an appiano? |
